One day this week, I walked in to get Cambry from her nap and she was sitting up in her crib--this was a first! She was giggling and so proud of herself. I was too! She's been able to sit up for a while, but this was the first time she had pushed herself up into a sitting position from laying down. Well, this new little trick has been so much fun for her that she "practices" it during her nap times instead of napping! UGH! It's the end of the week now and she has spent the majority of her nap times this week rolling around, then sitting back up or just sitting there. One nap time she literally just sat there for 1 1/2 hours playing with her pacifiers--not crying, just sitting. What in the world?! She knows how to get back on her tummy, she just chooses not to. Oh, the new things to explore in the crib from this position! I hope the newness of this skill passes quickly so we can get back to our normal napping. Silly girl!!

GO Cambry! And the picture of her sleeping folded over like that is priceless. If only we stayed that flexible as we got older!
She is so cute with her little sleepy eyes. Alli did so much of the same thing. Just wait till she really starts pulling up and standing in her crib! :) Good seeing you at church today!

I hope the trend will not continue. :) Even though it is pretty funny and you have such a talented daughter, I know she needs to sleep. She is so precious!

It's a breathable bumper. We got ours at babiesrus, but if you don't have one of those around you, google it and its at lots of other places! We just recently switched to it and it's GREAT!!
